Announcement of Radiation Course in School of Science (2025 Autumn)

The following message is extracted from an e-mail announcement in September 2025.

Announcement of Radiation Courses (also in English) in School of Science

The coming radiation education session in English is scheduled on-line via Zoom on:

* Wednesday 22nd October, 15:30–17:00 (or 3:30 pm — 5:00 pm) via Zoom ,

targeted at ALL foreigners including New registrants, Re-registrants and Continuing users.

The Zoom URL will be announced on our web site on the day of the session.

Attendance to a radiation education session is obligatory for radiation users
(except for continuing users of X-AB devices only),
once every Japanese school year (April — March).
Radiation workers should take the October course if they have not yet
attended the course earlier in this school year.

Foreign researchers and students not fluent in Japanese are requested
to take the SoS (School of Science) Radiation education course in English.
(Attendance to Japanese course may not be permitted unless you understand
Japanese language well enough.)
If your schedule does not allow it, please ask the Laboratory Radiation Manager
in your laboratory to contact the Radiation Management Office for possible
on-demand education as an alternative by watching a video.
